A key feature of this project was the integration of Silva Cells—an underground modular system that promotes healthy tree growth in urban environments. These cells create a cavernous space beneath sidewalks and roadways, allowing for extensive root expansion without compromising surface integrity.
The use of Silva Cells demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to urban landscaping, enhancing tree health while supporting sustainable development practices. This system helps manage stormwater, reduces soil compaction, and extends the lifespan of city trees.
