Amenity Deck Installation

The amenity deck featured a straightforward installation process. A new irrigation system was installed beneath pedestal pavers, providing a clean and efficient solution. The design and construction phases were streamlined, resulting in a smooth execution. The deck’s irrigation infrastructure was integrated to align with the aesthetic and functional needs of the space, ensuring proper water distribution for the rooftop landscaping.

Ground-Level Coordination

The ground-level installation presented more logistical challenges. The entire street operated on a single, existing irrigation system, requiring us to coordinate closely with the city to connect without disrupting service. Despite these complexities, the connection to the operational system was executed efficiently, ensuring continuity for the existing irrigation while upgrading the infrastructure to support the new landscaping.
