The Wynkoop Apartments project featured expansive ground-level landscaping, a large amenity deck, and a massive pool area designed to enhance urban living in Denver's RiNo district.
The scale of the project required significant material handling, particularly for the amenity deck, which needed over 300 tons of soil, drainage material, and decorative rock.
To manage the sheer volume of materials efficiently, we contracted blower trucks. This method allowed for quick and precise placement of soil and other materials, significantly reducing labor time and ensuring even distribution across the deck. This approach not only saved time but also minimized the physical strain on the crew, allowing for a more streamlined installation process.
